Prize draw terms and conditions
1. Promoter
The prize draw (the ‘Prize Draw’) is organised by Re-flow Field Management, whose registered address is Re-flow, The Mount, 72 Paris Street, Exeter EX1 2JY.
2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are excluded.
3. How to enter
Complete and submit the survey and provide your name and email address. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person. All entrants who complete the survey are eligible.
4. Prize
The prize is a £100 Amazon voucher. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5. Draw and winner selection
There will be 1 winner only. Entries must be received by 28th August 2026. The winner will be chosen by random draw using a computer process within 14 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and a new winner will be selected.
6. Delivery of prize
The prize will be sent by email within 7 days of the winner confirming their details.
7. Data protection
Personal data will be used solely for administering the Prize Draw and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.
