You’ll have access to phone, email, and ticket-based support. For standard enquiries we target a response time of 1 business day. For more urgent or critical issues, our team aims to respond in as little as 1 hour during business hours. We’ll do whatever we can to minimise downtime.

What are the opening hours for Re-flow support?

Our support team is available by phone from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, you can still get in touch by raising a support ticket via the ‘Support’ page on the left-hand menu of your Re-flow dashboard, or by emailing support@re-flow.co.uk . Tickets are monitored out of hours, and we’ll always do our best to resolve any urgent issues as quickly as possible. Whether you need help with a technical problem or just have a question, we’re here to support you.
