By accessing this feature, you are agreeing to the use of artificial intelligence powered technologies and tools (“AI Tools”), subject to the following terms, in addition to those in our service agreement (and confirm you have authority to do so and to bind Re-flow’s Customer to these terms):

  1. AI Tools utilise large language models and other models that are trained using a wide variety of sources and, accordingly, Re-flow does not give any warranties or commitment regarding the completeness, accuracy, legality or non-infringement of third party IPR in relation to the outputs generated by AI Tools;
  2. Re-flow’s Customer is fully responsible for reviewing the outputs generated by AI Tools to ensure they are complete, accurate and suitable for the Customer’s purposes, prior to any use, exploitation or dissemination of those outputs, and Re-flow shall not be liable for any losses, damages or liabilities incurred by the Customer arising from its failure to do so;
  3. all prompts, information, materials and data input via the AI Tools may be transmitted to third party providers to enable the AI Tool to function, in which case Re-flow will take steps to ensure that your data is not used by those third parties for any other purpose;
  4. the use of AI Tools operates on a tokenised basis, which incurs a cost for Re-flow, and accordingly the use of AI Tools is subject to Fair Use (as defined in our service terms and conditions) and Re-flow may restrict, suspend, or withdraw access to the AI Tools in the event of excessive use, and may impose additional charges on the use of AI Tools at any time at its discretion (in which case Re-flow will only grant or continue to provide access to the AI Tools subject to agreement in writing on the fees payable); and
  5. Re-flow may analyse the inputs and outputs arising from the use of the AI Tools to develop and enhance its own methodologies, models, techniques and insights (“Improvements”), provided that Re-flow shall ensure that any Customer-specific data shall only be used in connection with Improvements in an aggregated, anonymised and de-identified form, such that it cannot be identified as relating to the Customer or its users and cannot be reverse-engineered or de-anonymised so as to identify the Customer, its users, or any original data or confidential information.
