The Re-flow team was back on the road at the NEC Birmingham with our award-winning field management software for traffic management, making our biggest showing to date at Traffex 2022.
Re-flow has gone from strength to strength this past year, continuously growing its team, client base, feature set and presence at industry events. Trusted by over 100 highways firms, we now boast well over 9000 unique users, with some of the biggest names in the traffic management among them.
As the UK’s largest dedicated traffic management show, Traffex’s three-day event at the NEC Birmingham was the perfect opportunity to showcase said growth by scaling up the company’s presence. Debuting a brand-new built stand, we were able to host more of the team than ever, taking advantage of our new capabilities to fully demonstrate the app and dashboard, as well as hosting a busy support bar for existing clients.
These live shows are more than an opportunity to showcase the software to prospective customers, they’re also a great way to touch base with existing clients and gather feedback about their digital transformation journey so far.
Client relationships are the core of what distinguishes Re-flow as a leader in the sector. Being at these shows, able to shake hands and talk face to face is crucial to keeping clients engaged and confident that their needs are being listened to and implementing their feedback as an instrumental part of our development process.
In that spirit, part of Re-flow’s scaled-up presence included several of our software specialists, who offered free one-on-one deep dives into the software for existing clients. From general refreshers to in-depth walkthroughs of our more advanced, yet powerful features, Aaron, Nick, and Gemma fielded a range of questions and topics as they worked to help clients take their skills with our field management software to the next level.
We really enjoy getting the chance to talk to Re-flow at these shows. They share our belief in the value of fostering strong client relationships. Our one-on-one client support session was great, they answered every question we had, and the invitation for drinks and a magic show was a lovely surprise.
The company’s scaled up presence this year also enabled us to take the stage for the first time, discussing “Three critical reasons to implement Re-flow as part of your business’ digital transformation” at the Solutions Showcase Theatre. Managing Director, Michael Saunders, had the opportunity to present alongside Michael Booth, Operations Manager at Highway Traffic Management. The two sat down to share how Re-flow has supported HTM and enabled them to continue to innovate as an industry leader through digitally transforming their business.
A heavyweight in the TM industry, Highway Traffic Management were one of the first clients to share their success story with Re-flow. They have always been innovators in the highways sector, so their word carries a lot of authority in the industry. We were so excited to be able to share the stage with them.
Traffex 2022 has been a great checkpoint for the Re-flow team, showing off how far we’ve come, as well as our ambitious plans for the future. Now we prepare for yet another show - Rail Live at the Long Marston Innovation Centre in Warwickshire, 22nd - 23rd of June. To see a first-hand demonstration of our award-winning field management software, stop by stand M67 for a chat with the team.
There’ll be plenty of opportunities to experience Re-flow’s powerful workforce management capabilities face-to-face. See our full event roadmap for the rest of the year and book your tickets for any of the amazing shows we'll be exhibiting at.
