Re-flow recognised as one of the best places to work for the third year in a row

We’re proud to announce that Re-flow has once again been recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in the UK by The Sunday Times, marking our third consecutive year winning the award.
This nationwide workplace survey honours and celebrates the UK’s top employers – which number over 500 organisations across industries and scale – and highlights the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, as well as those that provide the best wellbeing support.
For the first time, this year’s survey also highlights the Best Places to Work in seven industry sectors: Business & Management Services, Hospitality, Technology, Construction & Building Materials’ Financial Services’ Marketing & Advertising and Non-Profit & Charities.

The awards uses 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey, developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties to most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace.
Organisations must score highly across six key areas to qualify:
- Reward and Recognition
- Instilling Pride
- Information Sharing
- Empowerment
- Wellbeing
- Job Satisfaction
Lord Mark Price, Founder of WorkL, said: “Many Congratulations to those featured in the 2025 Sunday Times Best Places to Work list, powered by WorkL. The recognised organisations lead the way in employee experience and will now benefit from improved retention and recruitment for the year ahead. WorkL are proud to power these awards and support organisations to measure employee experience and to retain and recruit the very best employees.”

At Re-flow, we’re immensely proud of our continued growth, made possible by a team that remains close-knit, collaborative, and passionate. As we scale, we remain committed to fostering a positive, inclusive environment where people feel valued and supported.
Mike Saunders, CEO and Co-Founder of Re-flow said: “Culture should be at the heart of every business. From day one, wellbeing must come first. The values, traditions, and behaviours of a company should reflect and support its people. When you spend so much of your life at work, the environment should be one that supports your growth, happiness, and ambition. A strong, healthy workplace culture brings out the best in a team. When we prioritise wellbeing, we unlock the true potential of our people – and our business.”
The company offers many benefits: professional development opportunities, medical and dental insurance, an in-app system that delivers incentives, rewards, and shopping discounts – along with a lively social calendar, which strengthens team bonds and lets employees blow off steam.
Overall, Re-flow is a vibrant, exciting and fulfilling place to work and develop.
