Our latest update largely focuses on the back end of the system, not only making the management dashboard look great, but moreover, providing further features and upgrades that make the software even more powerful for system administrators to control users and the sharing of information.
Control the flow of information and who has access and permissions through Re-flow's management dashboard:
New Accounts settings for hiding PDF columns to keep selected details private when sharing information with operatives or external parties. New Custom Email Server settings that enable you to send automated emails such as dashboard reports or password reset emails to your users.
New Group Permission editing to determine who can view, post, and moderate content.
New Conditional Edit settings that enable automatic updates to data in entries/records when a form is submitted, provided the data is valid, avoiding misinformation overwriting existing data.
Updates to Accounts settings in the footer/email body to enable WYSIWYG styling to give much improved layout and formatting for electronic communications and documents, such as including logos and accreditation on your invoices.
Updated layout formatting that enables the side menu to be minimised to a clickable icon on smaller screens, giving users a cleaner experience, while maximising the amount of information available on a single screen.
