This feature allows admin users of the Re-flow Dashboard the option to send notifications via SMS messages. This feature will incur an additional fee of 4p per SMS delivered to the recipient (“SMS Fee”), payable monthly in arrears. You can activate this feature by toggling the SMS notifications option to "On" within the required individual automations.

BY ACTIVATING THIS FEATURE, THE INDIVIDUAL DOING SO ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT HE/SHE HAS AUTHORITY TO BIND RE-FLOW’S CUSTOMER TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

Re-Flow shall invoice the SMS Fees which shall be payable by the Customer monthly in arrears. Unless context provides otherwise, Subscription Fees shall be deemed to include the SMS Fees.
The Customer is solely responsible for establishing the level of access given to its Authorised Users, and for access to and transmission of Customer Data, including to its end-customers and contractors. Re-flow shall not be required to monitor use of the Services by the Customer, is entitled to rely on instructions input by Authorised Users and accepts no liability for any use of the Services by the Customer’s Authorised Users, or by any third party with access to any Authorised User’s credentials.
The use of the Re-flow App, Services and Third Party Services which rely on internet and/or mobile network connectivity (including but not limited to email, telephone, SMS and location based services), may be limited or impeded by the location of the Authorised User and the strength of the Customer and/or Authorised User’s mobile network. Re-flow cannot accept any liability for loss or diminution of network connectivity as a result of the Authorised User’s location and inability to maintain a sufficiently clear mobile network connection, or changes or disruption to the network.
These terms shall be additional to, and are read and construed in accordance with, the terms of the Agreement between Re-Flow and the Customer.
