Known hazards
Build a long-term record of site hazards to save time and strengthen safety
Capture hazards as they’re identified and keep that knowledge stored against the site for future work. Site teams and organisers can use what previous teams have found before they start, cutting repeated checks while building a stronger picture of the risks around each location.
Hazard records
Build on what previous teams already know
Keep known hazards against each site so valuable information is not lost between visits. No more wasted time repeatedly identifying the same issues.
Useful details
Give teams context from setup to delivery
Record the hazard, its risk level, description, and location. Use an address, what3words, or a map marker for specific hazards, or create a broader warning that applies across the site.
Start of shift briefings
Put existing site knowledge into the daily briefing
Show operatives the known hazards associated with their assigned jobs at the start of their shift, alongside the documents and questions they need to complete before signing off.
Nearby hazards map
Operatives know what’s around them while they work
Give operatives access to a map of known hazards from the app homepage. They can view nearby markers and open each one to see its title and description.
