The 12 Days of Re-flow
While 2020 has been a challenging year, the Re-flow team have been working hard to keep bringing new functions and features to the software. We know you've been busy, so if you missed anything, we've put together a quick recap here!
Introduced in 2020, Re-flow packages now no longer come with any set up fees!
After building dozens of systems for highways and landscaping companies, the Re-flow development team saw a pattern for an optimum set-up emerge. Taking the most commonly requested features and applying them to a new standardised set-up that comes pre-loaded with all the forms, features and functions required for a company to immediately plug and play meant we no longer needed to create a bespoke set up unless it was requested.
As the set up for the packages became plug and play, we took to decision to remove any set up fees for customers implementing a sector specific workflow management software package!

We significantly improved the shortcuts for users to access and submit completed information, with a series of new buttons and tabs in our forms.
With an in-house development team, the software available to existing clients is always being upgraded to remain at the cutting edge of the industry. Some of the most useful updates in 2020 enabled our clients' vehicles, plant and equipment to clearly show if they’re defective or serviceable - and by using a QR scanner in the field, the location is fed directly back into the item record to give immediate two- way information sharing live from the office to the field.

Re-flow’s quotes, billing and invoicing tools now fully integrate with Sage Business Cloud Accounting, Quickbooks and Xero, via an API
The development team at Re-flow have created connectors to allow our clients to integrate our accounts functions to the major accountancy packages, so quotes billing and invoice information created within the Re-flow system can easily be sent over to other software systems for further processing.

As part of the new software packages introduced in 2020, the preconfigured set ups are filled with free, sector specific forms.

With the increasing number of bespoke set ups under our belt, we recognised the optimal workflow and form configuration for six key sectors, so we introduced:

Our scheduling calendar has had some impressive new features and upgrades, so the back-office team can manage the operations of multiple sites simultaneously.
Now with Re-flow 2020, you can easily:
- Upload project information and schedule your users in the calendar
- Bulk copy and edit calendar items, to reschedule hundreds of jobs at once
- Batch edit jobs/events to publish, unpublish or delete as appropriate.
- Pick up existing jobs and swap them between people for changes in schedules.
With more power in Re-flow comes more freedom for the team administrators to add and share information via the app, especially with individually viewable tasks and information within group jobs.

Our forms have always been highly intelligent, but now they have evolved further to automatically share the data from user submissions across forms and reports, so the information is instantly updated.
Add all kinds of digital forms to your workflows for users to complete on location and return instantly. Now with Re-flow's software packages, they come pre-loaded with all the work, HSE and HR forms that companies need to get going and they're included in the monthly fees without any additional costs.

We’ve requested and responded to a great deal of client feedback about how to finetune our invoicing function, making it slicker, so you get paid faster.
One of the things we added over 2020 was our invoice covering letter function, which lets dashboard users:
- Create preset templates to quickly import standardised information and produce consistent cover letters
- Upload any information you require, including a foolproof set of instructions telling customers how to pay
- Use tokens/tags to automatically populate the cover letter with personalised client data pulled from Re-flow
- Add logo headers and accreditation footers
- 'What you see is what you get' (WYSIWYG) editor to change, add or delete anything
- Cover notes can be multiple pages to support various terms or policies being added
- Invoices break down multiple jobs and subtotals them.
2020 has been an incredibly tough year for everyone. One of our proudest achievement of the year was being able to help our customers stay functioning during the lockdown and then through the rest of year, with full support at all times.
