We recently contacted our customers with a business continuity update to reassure everyone that we're operating business as usual, so they can feel confident that they're supported to operate with Re-flow as they normally would. The message said:

Our business is built on providing remote workforce management and we practice what we preach, so all of our teams are able to operate remotely with no impact on service levels. These teams include everyone from Technical Support, Development and Sales, to Marketing and Account Management.
If you need any additional support getting more users capable of remote working in this difficult time, please contact your account manager if there’s anything else we can do to help.'
