Re-flow shortlisted for two Built Environment Awards

On the 4th of December, Re-flow will be exhibiting at the Constructing Excellence South West Summit at Ashton Gate in Bristol. After that, we’ll be heading over to the Built Environment Awards, where we have been shortlisted for two prestigious awards. These awards are the most significant celebration of best practice in the South West and the only event of its kind that connects every single element of construction working towards a built environment fit for future generations. This year, Re-flow are up for:

Digital Construction Award

Re-flow has been shortlisted for these awards due to the significant upgrades to our already award-winning solution, to help rid construction companies of their frankensystems. Other shortlisted candidates are:

  • House Builder XL Building Software, UK Pro-Build Ltd,
  • St Sidwell’s Point Leisure Centre — Kier Construction Western and Wales, Exeter City Council

Health, Safety & Wellbeing Award

We were also nominated in a health and safety category for the first time, thanks to our work on our Record, Report, Reduce campaign.

In 2020, the campaign began as we saw how much our app was being used to report near misses for road workers. After hearing of incidents where people working on the UK highways network were being abused or put at risk by dangerous driving, we began raising awareness of the importance of recording an incident as soon as it happens to ensure something can be done about it.

Other shortlisted candidates include:

  • Devonport Towers Internal Sprinkler Works & External Fire Protection Measures — Mi Space UK Ltd, Plymouth Community Homes, Bailey Partnerships
  • Figbury Lodge Care Home – Atkins Ltd, Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole Council, Faithful & Gould, Stepnell, Rentec
  • Kew An Gew, Praze An Beeble – Affordable Housing — Gilbert and Goode Ltd, Ocean Housing Ltd, Trewin Design Architects, WSP
  • STA Assure Scheme Incorporating Site Safe Policy – Structural Timber Association

It’s an honour to be recognised in such competitive categories and we’re looking forward to the results on the big night!
