Anticipate 24: Eliminate concerns around compliance with Re-flow Field Management

At Re-flow we understand the challenges around compliance and the associated risk of fines, stoppages, wasted time, and incidents.
We’ve built the software to include tools to address these issues while offering a number of other benefits as a consequence:
- Improving company reputation
- Gaining hours of work each day
- Saving money
- Increasing productivity

At this year’s Anticipate Health and Safety show (2−4 December, ExCeL London), a team from Re-flow are visiting to connect with new potential clients and to show businesses how the software can redefine and automate their compliance processes.
We’ll be at stand SH1650, and we invite allcomers from across the built environment. Our software has been tailored to work for companies across construction, civil engineering, highways, landscaping, line marking, surfacing, traffic management, rail, and utilities.
Re-flow clients like MV Kelly, Toppesfield, Core Highways, HTM, and FM Conway have all taken advantage of Re-flow’s powerful features, which include:
- Working Time Directive & Rail Fatigue Index: Logs operatives’ hours and prevents over-scheduling by blocking assignments to fatigued workers, reducing risk.
- Skill Allocation: Jobs only go live if they meet minimum skill requirements.
- Lone Worker Check-In: Sends alerts if operatives miss check-ins, ensuring a quick response when necessary.
- Compulsory RAMs Sign Off: Requires digital sign-off on documents before advancing to the next task.
- Defect Reporting: Flags defective equipment, removes it from schedules, and sends notifications as required.
- Training and Qualification Notifications: Alerts staff and admins of any expired or soon-to-expire qualifications.
- Dynamic Risk Forms and Toolbox Talks: Custom workflows and compliant forms streamline and standardise reporting.
- Drug and Alcohol Screening Documentation: Enhances safety culture by ensuring accountability.
- Location Tracking: Real-time updates on the last known location of workers for faster emergency response and compliance.

Mark Salmon, finance director at Toppesfield, had this to say about the software:
‘We target our staff on reporting near hits, so we can learn from any potential risks and mitigate at the earliest possible opportunity. Since implementing Re-flow, our near hits have been at their highest level, which means that we can actually react to the risks out there. We’ve been really impressed with Re-flow and we’d be happy to recommend them to anyone looking to improve their compliance.’
